Refund Policy – SSD Store (UK)
This policy follows the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which apply to all customers in the United Kingdom.
1. Right to Cancel (14 Days)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To qualify, the item must be unused; in original condition; and include all packaging and accessories.
Once cancelled, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. We may make a deduction for loss of value if the product shows signs of handling beyond what is needed to check the goods as you would in a physical shop.
3. Faulty or Defective Goods
If an item develops a fault, we will assess it under your warranty rights. After inspection, we will repair; replace; or credit the item in line with UK consumer law.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Goods returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Items showing installation marks or usage
- Damage caused by misuse; modification; or incorrect handling
- Goods with missing or tampered serial numbers
- Returns made outside the legal or policy time limits

7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is unwanted (change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- If the item is faulty and confirmed defective, shipping may be reimbursed.
8. Refund Method
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
9. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can open a courier claim.
