All website content, including text, images, layout, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to BN London Ltd unless stated otherwise. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except where allowed by law.

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product information, specifications, prices, images, availability, and descriptions are accurate and kept up to date.

Computer components such as SSDs, RAM, hard drives, CPUs, and graphics cards can vary by model, interface, form factor, generation, capacity, compatibility, and manufacturer part number. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your system before ordering.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

We may update prices at any time. If a pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment has been received and verified.

We do not store full card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers and Shopify.

Only payment methods actually shown at checkout are available. If a payment method is not shown at checkout, it is not currently available.

6. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

A contract is formed when we accept and process your order for dispatch.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:

- Stock is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be verified.
- There is an error in price, product information, or availability.
- Fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
- The product cannot be supplied for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

7. Delivery

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, address issues, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Dispatch and fulfilment may be handled by our fulfilment partner:

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been dispatched or delivered, as applicable.

8. Returns and Cancellations

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

To request a cancellation or return, contact:

support@ssdstore.co.uk

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.

Returned goods should be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would inspect them in a shop. If goods are handled beyond what is necessary, or are damaged, incomplete, modified, or missing supplied accessories, we may reduce the refund where permitted by law.

For full details, please see our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

support@ssdstore.co.uk

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where relevant.

Your statutory rights apply. Depending on the circumstances and timing, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy under UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

10. Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.

Warranty handling may require evidence of the fault, the product serial number, proof of purchase, and inspection or testing of the returned item.

Manufacturer warranties are in addition to, and do not replace, your statutory rights.

11. Product Compatibility and Installation

Computer components must be installed and handled carefully.

You should check compatibility before ordering, including where relevant:

- SSD interface and form factor, such as M.2, 2.5", NVMe, SATA, or PCIe generation.
- RAM type, such as DDR4 or DDR5, DIMM or SODIMM, ECC or non-ECC, speed, voltage, and system support.
- Hard drive size, interface, and workload suitability.
- CPU socket, chipset, BIOS support, cooler requirements, and motherboard compatibility.
- Graphics card size, power requirements, connector type, and case clearance.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, electrostatic discharge, incompatible systems, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, BN London Ltd is not responsible for:

- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or mishandling of goods.
