2. Standard Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from SSD Store include a minimum 12 month warranty. If an item develops a fault within this period, we will repair; replace; or provide a credit depending on availability and assessment.
3. Manufacturer or Supplier Warranties
Some products may include extended warranties provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier. If direct RMA processing is available, we may redirect you to that route for the fastest possible resolution.
4. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental or physical damage
- Liquid damage or burn marks
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or modification
- Misuse; tampering; or improper handling
- Removed; altered; or unreadable serial numbers
- Issues caused by electrical faults or third party software
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Photos or video if available
6. Testing and Assessment
All returned items are tested by our technicians or our suppliers. After assessment:
- Confirmed faults will be repaired; replaced; or credited
- Items with no fault may be returned to you
- Items damaged outside warranty conditions may be rejected
7. Processing Time
Typical processing times:
- 3–5 working days for items we replace from our stock
- 7–14 working days if manufacturer or supplier testing is required
We always aim to complete warranty cases as quickly as possible.
8. Proof of Purchase
A valid invoice or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims.
