These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on ssdstore.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security, data, or systems. All content is owned by or licensed to BN London Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product information; pricing; and availability details are accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel an order before dispatch.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made using the approved payment methods shown at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is fully received.

We do not store full card details. All payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

5. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Stock is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • There is an error in pricing or product information
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. These are approximate timeframes and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Goods must be returned unused; complete; and in original condition.

8. Warranty

All products include at least a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise. Warranty claims are assessed in line with our Warranty Policy.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BN London Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption or loss of revenue
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation; misuse; or modification of goods
  • Losses arising from courier delays or circumstances beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
