Business Terms — version 2026-10-20-v1

These terms apply to purchases made for business purposes where disclosed before the order is placed. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy. They apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing order.

Who these terms apply to

A Company, Trader or Wholesale account label does not determine your legal rights. An individual buying wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession is a consumer and retains applicable consumer rights, including when using an approved account. Personal purchases follow our consumer returns policy. A declaration or checkbox cannot remove rights which apply by law.

Business change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for correctly supplied, non-faulty goods purchased for business purposes. This includes goods no longer required, surplus stock or an incorrect selection by the business buyer where we supplied goods conforming to the contract. Any different arrangement must be expressly agreed with us before the order.

This does not exclude remedies where goods do not conform to the contract, applicable warranties, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not exclude a claim based on incorrect information or advice for which we are legally responsible.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Contact support@ssdstore.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. We will assess the appropriate remedy under the contract, applicable law and any product warranty. Contacting a manufacturer is an additional route and does not remove a valid claim against BN London Ltd. The request to report delivery damage within 48 hours where possible is not a blanket deadline which removes legal rights.

Prices, payment and delivery

Public prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Approved account benefits are shown before payment on eligible purchases. Approval does not create credit terms, guaranteed stock or priority dispatch. Delivery charges, estimates and fulfilment details remain as stated in our Shipping Policy.

Review before ordering

Before placing a business order, review these terms and confirm your purchase purpose. Our cart provides an unticked acknowledgement for business purchases. Keep a copy of the applicable terms. Your acknowledgement does not waive statutory rights. If an order reaches us without a recorded business acknowledgement, we will not treat an account label alone as proof that consumer rights have been waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules which apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or imposes a blanket exclusion of remedies for non-conforming goods.
